Staff are lovely and very conscientious as well as informative.
I've been visiting this clinic for the past two years and have always found the vets and nurses to be incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their care and attention are truly appreciated, and I’ve never had any issues with the medical team. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from the receptionist on Thursday morning.
