We've been taking our dogs to Brimbank Veterinary clinic for many years. They are very good@
Brilliant vet clinic! Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. My partner and I have been very impressed with the service both times we’ve attended the clinic. When our eldest dog had her teeth cleaned under general anaesthetic we were able to do a ‘calm admission’, which meant we sat with her while her first sedative was given to make the surgery process less stressful for both her and us. This clinic also makes it easy to claim through insurance.
Very caring vets they are the best. I wouldn't leave my cats with another clinic. I have been going there for many years however I feel that maybe the admin/customer service part of the team needs reviewing. I wasn't at all impressed with my last visit. I was delayed due to road closures on Calder Park Drive and was 10mins late then upon arrival I was turned away.
