If i could give 6 stars I would. These guys have a quality that is very rare these days - honesty and a genuine care for helping the customer to solve the problem. Called Peter to give me a quote to replace the air conditioner that died on hottest day in Melbourne. After going through the house, explaining the options, giving me ball park numbers, he asked what actually happened. Peter and George are AMAZING!! I had ducted aircon/heating installed at a very reasonable price. Peter explained ducted compared to split systems, how eachof them worked. The install took 2 days, they were very respectful of my house and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them 100%.
