Service très efficace, impeccable et sympathique !
Very disappointed by Brimar: I paid for insurance for all my removal, including wine bottles; Brimar acknowledged that all was insured (and a large part of the insurance total). When the wine arrives at destination, it's all broken and they claim that actually wine was not insured. After writing that, they cut all contacts with me. I am really upset by their lack of due professional care.
BRIMAR just completed our move from New England to northern France and -- thanks to the remarkable Mrs. Nurcan Ozen -- it was flawless. Her expert team packed all of our belongings for international shipping and nothing -- not a lamp, a picture frame, an antique dresser or a clock -- suffered the slightest bit of damage. Great service! Good communication throughout the whole process. Reasonable prices and a very fair quote. I ended up dropping off and picking up my stuff myself to save a little (worth it if you can do it). Everything went smoothly. Happy to have used them.
