Had a special order for a large project and just wanted to hop on here to say customer service rep Anne-Marie (sorry if spelled wrong!) was top notch. Haven't even received my order yet but her attention to customer service is almost unprecedented with what you get with other companies. She's definitely an asset to the company...if her bosses are reading this, she needs a raise!

I'd recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. I ordered type 3 barricades for an event and ended up dealing with poor communication, incorrect and defective products and the company taking very little ownership of the issues, blaming it on the manufacturer and saying they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m so glad to have that all behind me and to not have to work with them anymore.

Got a custom quote for some signs... it took over two weeks for the quote to arrive, and when I finally got it, the price was ridiculously high. I'm frustrated that my salesperson couldn't throw a "shooting from the hip" rough estimate my way at the onset... would have saved us both a ton of effort.
