I do not recommend doing business with this company. I tried to cancel an order placed with Crowd Control Warehouse within 2 hours of placing it but was told by the Brimar Industries customer service rep that was not possible. When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. They would not provide a shipping label for their discounted rate. I paid them $35 for shipping yet it would cost me over $100 to ship it back plus the restocking charge, making it almost equal to what I initi... read more

Needed a single street sign custom made. Customer service was awesome when I called with questions, online ordering was a breeze and sign showed up quickly, professionally packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend using this company.
