Didn't know Brim closed at 4 now. Luckily Jon answered the phone after hours and helped get us up and going again with both of our down balers. Thanks Jon for going above and beyond. I would have been going to Brim's competitor to get parts otherwise. Always get good service at Brim so we like going there.
Friendly, knowledgeable service with fair prices.
Installed incorrect fuel filter, later misdiagnosed the problems that caused, charged me greatly to 'fix the issue' by doing something that did not need doing. When brought to their attention after the original issue(proper fuel filter installed) was fixed by West Lane Equipment Services, they did accept they made a mistake. However owner would not communicate, rather offered a 9% refund through an employee. Not how I do business or want others to. Best take your machines elsewhere.
Knowledge and friendly staff. Didn't even blink when I came in with an odd request.
This is a great dealership. The sales department is excellent. It is the best I have ever experienced. Our new Yanmar tractor is fantastic. It is making great fun out of what otherwise would be hard work.
