I purchased a New Holland C227 (skid Steer on tracks) in the summer of 2018 or 2019. Sense bringing it home it has been back to Brim Tractor 5 different times, each time the cost is over $3000.00 for repairs and I just got it home today and the bill was over $4000.00. You would think they would stand behind the products they sell but all I get is how they were looking for every discount they could find to make the bill less. Worst customer service, employees outside yelling at people. I will take my business elsewhere
Service and parts are very responsive. Been a faithful customer for 15 years. Recently had an extensive service on a TC45DA.
