Stopped in while visiting Minnesota and it was pretty good! Came because they are seed oil free and our family doesn’t eat seed oils. Food was pretty good, same with coffee. Was a bit surprised that when we asked the person who seemed to be in charge about seed oils she said she didn’t know what they were… which was odd because they use seed oil free in their marketing… so hopefully they’re actually seed oil free! We felt fine after eating there so I suspect they are.
Brim saved my wife’s (and my) experience delivering our daughter at Fairview Southdale. Several times a day I picked up healthy meals and coffees. For a light, high protein, low carb (and slightly less pricey) meal, try combining a few sides like grass fed beef, broccoli, and poached eggs in a bowl. Very friendly staff and nice clean space. Really no need to order in advance as the food will be ready in about 10 minutes (there’s time for a cheeky beer or glass of wine on their patio while you wait).
Absolutely stunning place to eat and amazing food. It's like an explosion of flavor in the bowls. Mercardo is my go to. But we also tried hard salmon bowl that was amazing too. I used to go to Minneapolis location but so glad to see them put one here!
Love all the gluten-free goodies! Everything I've tried has been great, and the cold brew coffee is really good. A friend ordered the avocado toast which looked AMAZING. Nice atmosphere and the outdoor patio is very nice.
I’ve been to Brim a number of times and have consistently enjoyed the food. One of the biggest highlights is that everything is gluten free, which is still surprisingly hard to find in the Twin Cities. Having a place where you don’t have to worry about navigating a menu for gluten-free options is a huge plus. Breakfast is definitely my favorite, and I usually get the breakfast sandwich.
