Great clinic, clean, professional (making sure all the consent and documents are properly signed and properly documented) and organized. The only issue I have is it’s hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. Usually just email to make an appointment and they call back. Maybe they should set up an appointment website to manage appointments or book them with a specific email address. Maybe 🤔 if you were a little more nice to the hard working staff they would treat you with respect back

I had a bad experience with a very rude receptionist who wouldn't let me book an appointment for my disabled son who isn't able to call himself. We have previously filled out paperwork giving me consent to call on his behalf and I have always booked every other appointment for him. I find it extremely disappointing that a medical clinic would refuse to make accommodations to enable disabled patients access to the medical care they need.

I just seen another doctor today, that actually put effort into looking into my blood work. My iorn was so low, all he wanted to do was shove me on iron pills, when he clearly should have told me I needed iorn transfusion. You think there would have been more concern. I even said I did want the intedepresants, still gave me the prescription same woth iorn pills . To me thats just someone that wants to push pills and should have done more, but clearly is not worried about the health of there patiens . It was Dr Amike If anyon... read more
