I used Brillo Restoration for our shower that needed renovation. It was truly a great experience with them. Rafael the owner was so professional and responsive to any questions I had. His team showed up on time, laid out the exact time frame of how long the project would take and delivered. Two years after our kitchen remodel the quartzite island and counters have lost their sheen. We could feel the divots and the roughness on the surfaces. We found Brillo through the Nextdoor app. Rafael (owner) conducted a site visit and discussed what was required. He and Nasir spent approximately six hours refurbishing the quartzite. The results were incredible! The sheen is back and the surfaces are completely smooth. Brillo did not leave a trace that they were here..except for the beautiful job they did!
Rafael was reasonable and knowledgeable. He restored my natural stone medallion in the middle of my living floor to its original and pristine state. I’ve become his repeat customer because of his extensive knowledge and workmanship. Most of all he was punctual and willing to give advice on how to maintain my floor.
Rafael did a great job fixing a granite chip around my sink. Looks good and done at a reasonable cost.
We have a marble shower that they made look brand new and the exotic marble countertop came back to life and he took care of a big stain on the flat stone fireplace as a bonus. These guys way overdeliver 5 Stars +++
