West Haven has lost its homelike atmosphere. The previous director Nicole is no longer there, along with many other very good staff. The wonderful staff is what made West Haven above all other facilities. They genuinely cared about the resident residing there. A lot of agency staff still, who offer not so good care. West Haven is not the same facility it was 2 years ago.

I personally have a loved one who resides at West Haven. The staff treat my mother as though she is their own grandmother. My mother loves the care she receives, the food is good & she always has fun things to do. She's always busy. West Haven is where you want to place your loved one! Our family has never had a problem with staff, the director Nicole or anyone. It's the care you'd expect your parent to receive. I would recommend West Haven to anyone!

First, not all the staff is certified, they recently started hiring PCW's. PCW's can either be great workers with experience or they can be people that walk in off the street. Second, they treat their employee's terribly. I have never seen such a mess of management and HR. The director of the building is great but she only has so much power. The staff love the residents like their own family but there is not enough staff to take care of the residents like there should be. Excellent Care Facility! – PaulJohn316 review is a review written by a terminated employee. This is an excellent facility specializing in dementia care. If you are truly interested in your loved ones, visit and talk to the residents and their families at Brillion West Haven. Then make up your mind.

Do NOT send loved ones here – If there is one person's life that can be changed by reading my review I will feel somewhat better. There are so many terrible things I hear and have heard from the people living at Brillion West Haven and the workers there. They are trying to cover up things that are happening there but thankfully word is starting to get out. From people working there not being certified, who are also passing medicine to the residents and doing CPR and AED on people who are still living and do not need it to gi... read more
