Recently called Brilliex for a rodent issue. Technician wasn’t patient in answering my questions and the inspection on the building was not thorough, he just kept rushing me to pick a package. The one time service of $400 incl. tax ONLY includes installing bait station and doesn’t include anything else (e.g. checking the consumption of poison and refilling to make sure the problems are solved) - literally install and bye.
