Had open communication with Sammy by email regarding the project. He was prompt and courteous with his responses. The technician Sam arrived on time and inspected our attic for raccoons. Luckily there were no raccoons present at the time. Sam did the necessary work to secure the area on the siding which the raccoon tore apart.
