The first appointment as amazing at the Merritt Island office. Staff was friendly and treated us very well. All went downhill when we started going to the Titusville office. The office staff is very rude and has not helped us with any concerns I had over the last several months. I am very disappointed and if I would have know I would have never spent all this money with this office.
On June 29th I scheduled a consultation with Brilliant Smiles on Malabar road in Palm Bay for the first time to discuss my options for braces being that I was undergoing periodontal treatment. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 am, but I was not actually seen until a quarter after 10 am. Everything went well with X-Rays, I was told that the girl that was doing my X-Rays was in training and this is why I had to wait to be seen.
