I am very nervous about going to the dentist due to childhood experience!!! However, the staff at Brilliant Smile were great!! I kept laughing and joking about it to ease the nerves and they got a kick out of it!!! I had braces as a kid and the issues I have and ignored over the years because I didn’t want to go, but this experience was different! Dr. Phillips was sooo sweet, and we were in agreement what I needed/wanted to get done first…other places just pushed for my wisdom teeth to get pulled asap! And ignored what I wan... read more
I was a white knuckle patient and hadn't been to a dentist in years! Starting with the friendly receptionist at the front desk, to the gentle and patient hygienist, they make my visits extremely relaxed and stress free. So happy I found a good dentist so close to home.
The staff is awesome! Very helpful and courteous. Front desk is excellent!
