Lena's terrific!
Totally disappointed. I've visited this office over the past 4 years with excellent results. Today I encountered a new hygienist who was totally overbearing, unprofessional and continued to push expensive "deep cleaning" procedures. She also insulted the previous hygienist who left due to not pushing these expensive added costs. I refused to agree and leveled up my dissatisfaction with the dentist and office manager who replied with a take it or leave it attitude. What a total insurance and customer scam office!
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Farhoumand and everyone at Brilliant Smile. From the first visit, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Farhoumand is not only highly skilled but also kind, patient, and very thorough.
