Feeling overwhelmed at where to start in our planned renovations, we were lucky to meet with Rhiannon. She helpfully guided us through the initial stages of design and choices to be made before, during and all the stages of renovating. The expert project management by Livio and all the trades took the pressure off us and we are now loving and enjoying our Brilliant bathroom, toilet room and laundry renovation. Thanks Brilliant, you are brilliant!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Promised the best but delivered the worse job possible!!! Expensive, talked up their expert trades people but were given a bunch of unprofessional, poorly skilled "cowboys". The tradies were cheap and unprofessional so seems like the money paid went into the pockets of the company's directors. We're still trying to deal with poor workmanship resulting having to employ others to fix up their mess. We had a very professional experience with Brillant SA. From the planning and design stage to the trades involved the renovation went smoothly. Jess the designer assisted us with our selections and had great advice. Livio our supervisor was able to predict potential issues… we were renovating an old bathroom. He ensured the process ran seamlessly. Their communication as a company is outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend them for a renovation.
I've worked with Peter and Laura from Brilliant SA for the past three years, and they are by far the most professional renovation team I've collaborated with (and I've worked with many!). They take their craft seriously and have a track record of happy clients to prove it. Highly recommend and will continue to do so!
