Everyone at Brilliant Roofing was very helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the process . Very personable representative Megan helped me get started . Then sales rep. Andrew created an estimate while explaining every aspect of the project thoroughly . Josh the roofer answered all of my questions and would periodically take pictures of the progress made and show them to me . I am very happy I chose Brilliant Roofing to do this work .
I hired Brilliant to put a metal roof on my home in Pensacola. They gave me the proposal and I agreed. I took about a month for materials, as expected, but they got the wrong screws. This issue took another 6 weeks to resolve. Then they had a hard time finding competent personnel to put on my roof due to his steep incline. My metal roof looks great good job.
Troy was professional and quick. He help us placing a claim on our roof. He gave us the options of shingles or metal roof pricing and for a few dollars more we decided on the medal roof. They were a week ahead schedule, but demo results were great. He's crew were clean and professionals, they replaced some of the plywood that was damage. I was impressed after end of the day someone from the crew to comb the yard with a magnetic stick to sure nails/screws weren't left behind and they also used a leaf blower (very important). ... read more
