I was having dryer issues and thought there might be a nest or some other blockage in my roof vent. I approached Connor, he found the problem immediately and was able to fix it. It turned out that it wasn't a pest issue. It was an improperly installed and clogged vent. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. He is professional, fast, friendly, and thorough.
