I highly recommend this storage facility! We moved from the coast to Rossland and had storage arranged in Trail, when we arrived in Trail we discovered our stuff would not be safe or secure and had to cancel our arrangements. I called Michael on a Sunday afternoon asking if he happened to have a unit available immediately as we had to unload our trailer and return it to the coast. He was extremely helpful and friendly! We paid for a unit a month in advance to secure it. We arrived with our moving van full of our household furniture and belongings only to find our space rented to someone else. We got the leftover Unit which had a hole in the floor open to the ground covered only by a loose board. We were assured that wouldn’t be an issue. 2 years later we moved our belongings out and there were mouse droppings all over our boxes, bins and on the floor.
