Great, timely service. Carl diagnosed the problem, explained the options for repair and made the repair after we agreed. Didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs or services. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and charged a fair price.
I contacted Brilliant Mechanical after hours when I found that one of our air conditioning units stopped working during the day while I was at work. Within minutes of leaving a voicemail, a representative texted me and then scheduled me for a visit first thing the next morning. Carl called & texted 30 minutes prior to arriving. Carl and Dylan are as good as it gets. They responded to me on a Sunday which is above and beyond and got me squared away first thing the following monday morning. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
Carl came out to my house to check my unit because my heat wouldn't come on. They looked at it and they fixed it. Great service.
