Came in for a wax, therapist was over 10 mins late. Once the wax began it seemed like she didn’t not know what she was doing, burnt my legs and waxed the same spot over and over, complaining about the wax not working. Took over an hour for a half leg wax and there is still hair left. Therapist was sweet, but spa is unprofessional. Payed to have my skin burned and ripped at for an hour and a half. I will not be back.
Appointment availability meets my needs as I live and work on the Canadian Border. My hair and skin therapist is quick but thorough. She has a great sense of humor and makes back waxing about as fun as it can be. 😁
Massage was by an "advanced student," yet I felt no difference from professional massages I've had. considered my needs, and really listened. I'll be back!
Got so lucky to book with Mary. She felt my back and knew instantly what to work on and it was magic. Highly recommend her !
