Stay away. Brought in 18" gold chain to receive a 17" one back. Said that's how I dropped it off even though she measured it " I must have been in a rush" was her excuse. So fix was to add 4 small loops to make up the inch lost. Now I have a nice dollar store looking chain. STAY AWAY.
They are so good here I love this store! Lots of selection and helpful associates. They have a pandora section as well and children’s jewelry too. Gotten a couple of rings resized here and everything went smoothly.
