I wanted to surprise my wife with an emerald (and come back later w/ her to pick out the ring setting) for her birthday. Alida, the customer service manager (Bethesda location), helped me. She was great. Very responsive and attentive. While there was an issue with me being able to take the loose stone home the same day after purchase (due to a a price threshold), Alida came up with an option that helped me to still be able to surprise my wife. I really appreciated all her help and she was a pleasure to work with!
We had the best experience with Vida! She was a helpful second pair of eyes to help us pick out our wedding bands! She’s knowledgeable and made us feel at ease picking out rings. She made the process so smooth and easy.
Very helpful, worked with Alida Tarhon and she was kind and respectful. Even cleaned our engagement ring and offered to do it in the future! She has great intuition for selecting wedding bands that the couple will love, and is very genuine in her interactions.
Vendors really lacking in enthusiasm or knowledge. I asked a staff member if they offered Portuguese cuts, she didn’t know what that was. Not very helpful, not very knowledgeable. Would suggest going to a non-big box item store with people who are well-versed on the products they sell, like diamond cuts.
