It was a weird experience walking in the store from the person at desk to sales lady who kept us outside and never took us in the store. If they needed an appointment they should just said so. We were encouraged to shop online without providing any information.
Vida at the Bethesda location made our ring buying experience so enjoyable. She’s professional, knowledgeable about the products and friendly. She was so good at helping guide my decisions without making them for me. Such a huge plus for someone who is very indecisive. Would definitely recommend! I can’t wait to see my new ring!
Jordan made the ring-buying experience so fun and easy! She took the time to explain "cut, color, clarity, & carat" in a super easy-to-understand way, and she fielded every single question I threw her way! I know basically nothing about jewelry, so this meant a lot to me. Her warm energy made me feel like I was talking to a friend the entire time. I highly recommend you ask for Jordan if you need help picking out the perfect rings! She had us in and out in less than an hour; we can't wait for our rings to arrive!
