We have bought all of our rings from this location. Great staff and great experience shopping there!
Miserable experience. Problems with completing my order resulting in a month delay. Then problems with their shipping policy resulting in them making promises during ordering they refused to honor later. Then more problems with shipping resulting in more delays, and a lot of time on the phone. And I haven’t even seen the item yet to know if I'm satisfied with it. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!
I am a three-time returning customer to Brilliant Earth and I am always impressed by the quality of their jewelry and their sustainable/ethical mission. My last appointment with Clara H. was excellent - I highly recommend an in-person consultation prior to purchasing engagement rings or wedding bands! Clara was super knowledgeable and patient as I narrowed down my ring choice from Brilliant Earth's many beautiful options.
