So far in my experience they have offered the best 1:1 appointments for engagement ring shopping! I didn't know what to expect but our appointments were very organized and helped me understand the 4 Cs. We had Taylor Beatty for both our appointments and I highly recommend booking with her! Just got my wedding bands and rose at the Pinecrest Location was so amazing. We had such a positive and great experience with her. Would definitely recommend heading there and asking for Rose.
It is beyond frustrating that there is no phone number to directly reach the store. My order qualified for a free gift that I did not receive and the “Call Center“, who are the only people you can get a hold of are zero help and rude. I would not recommend getting any jewelry from here.

Miserable experience. Problems with completing my order resulting in a month delay. Then problems with their shipping policy resulting in them making promises during ordering they refused to honor later. Then more problems with shipping resulting in more delays, and a lot of time on the phone. And I haven’t even seen the item yet to know if I'm satisfied with it. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!
