My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Lily to find our wedding bands. Lily was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, took into account the style we were looking for, and she was so much fun! She was so kind and funny and made our experience so wonderful! This franchise is awful. My engagement ring was bought here and they messed my ring up multiples times. They would not give any money back and only offered a “friends and family discount” of 10% as compensation as if I would ever be buying anything from them again. Waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Just picked up my lady's engagement ring and WOW! I cannot stop smiling thinking about how great it'll look on her hand. Taylor B was so helpful at explaining everything. I was in and out in no time and I left this store feeling super confident in my purchase.
