Original earrings had one defective clasp. We had a great experience with the Edina, MN store returning them and received the replacements quickly. However, I've contacted them 3 times regarding the status of my "free gift" which hasn't arrived after a month, even though each contact response was that I'd have it in 4-7 days

My fiancée proposed to me at the beginning of May… I have now sent my ring in 3 times due to the poor quality! My husband purchased the ring for our engagement and wedding. Had my ring for over a year before the diamond fell out. Rhodium plating started to corrode at 10 months of having the ring. Warranties are add ons instead of automatic. I like what they stand for, just not the quality of their products. UPDATE: read all the Reddit posts you can. This company is a scam.
