We had a great experience at Brilliant Earth to pick out wedding bands. Our jewelry consultant had us try on various options based on some designs that we were interested in, and we were able to find rings we loved in under an hour! Shout out to Kaeli for being a patient consultant as we tried options a couple times and in different sizes to figure out what we wanted.
I’ve had a really great experience with Brilliant Earth! I’ve been engaged for 2 years now, and my ring is still intact! I definitely have bumped it into hard surfaces like corner of tables and everything but, nope, no damage whatsoever.
We purchased a beautiful Verdure gold band ring for my wife. Kayla provided personal assistance to the website, enabling the possible delivery of the ring to New York for Valentine's Day.The size was initially a bit small. We returned it smoothly with Kayla at the Edina, MN location, and at the same time were able to customize the ring in a wider band than normally offered. Original earrings had one defective clasp. We had a great experience with the Edina, MN store returning them and received the replacements quickly. However, I've contacted them 3 times regarding the status of my "free gift" which hasn't arrived after a month, even though each contact response was that I'd have it in 4-7 days
I never imagined I’d be writing a review like this about a wedding ring, but here we are. In the span of three months, the diamond has fallen out of my Brilliant Earth ring twice. Twice. For a ring that cost thousands of dollars and is meant to symbolize a lifetime commitment, that is completely unacceptable. A wedding ring should be the last thing you worry about falling apart.
