We bought our custom engagement ring from Brilliant Earth Edina over a year ago and it arrived to us within 2 weeks. Engagement ring shopping was a great experience. However, I will never recommend Brilliant Earth to any body. We ordered stock wedding bands from the website and it has taken over 2.5 months with many delays, emails and phone calls. I purchased an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and was initially thrilled. Unfortunately, within just six months, two diamonds fell out, leaving noticeable gaps in the band. I had to send it in for repairs, which took four weeks. Now, only a few months later, I need to send it back again to have three more diamonds replaced.
