Nikki Taylor helped myself and my now wife find the perfect wedding rings and help me find an engagement ring. She went above and beyond with making the choice very simple and easy with clear info and great communication amongst the choices. Without her expertise and professionalism, the search would have been very difficult. 5 stars is for the service and exceptional customer experience at Brilliant Earth's Denver location. My partner and I were given top-notch attention when we walked in (without an appointment) an hour before closing one Saturday evening. Kaitlyn cheerfully walked us through options and gave her opinion only when we specifically asked her for it -- we felt zero pressure. Brilliant Earth is a great choice if you are looking for unique and timeless jewelry pieces. My partner and I didn't have an appointment, but we really appreciated that they welcomed us to the walk-in showroom. The attention was exceptional and Jessika was incredibly kind and really interested in us by introducing the brand to us and their beautiful jewelry, and answering all our questions. We are really excited to continue our process to find the best pieces for our engagement.
