I’ve had my engagement ring for over 8 years now. It’s a halo made of white gold with diamonds mostly around the band. I’ve had to have it fixed several times, basically almost every year because the prongs wear down and stones fall out. I specifically asked if that would be a problem and they said no. I’m even considering resetting the ring by someone else completely because I’m so tired of it. I bought my wife’s engagement ring from here less than 2 years ago. She loved it and took amazing care of it. Wore it casually, always took it off if she had to wash her hands, cook, clean, sports, etc. One day while she was simply sitting in a car, it completely snapped it half. She hardly noticed it happened it was so casual. I wish I could give brilliant earth 0 stars. If you’re reading this and thinking about buying a ring from here, RUN. Be careful with brilliant earth!! I’ve had a diamond fall out 4 times now. I’ve only been married for 2 years. I’ve had the ring both remade and repaired. The most recent repair only lasted a few weeks before the diamond fell out again. They offered us an opportunity to change the setting to avoid this happening again and then tried to charge us $660 even though we have the lifetime warranty and their jewelry ... read more

My (now) fiancéand I had the best experience at the Gold Coast Brilliant Earth location with Kameron! He was so nice and open to all (and many) questions we had when we first went and looked at engagement rings. I kept changing my mind on stuff and he totally went with the flow and you could tell he was super knowledgeable. I now know too that he was super helpful when my fiancéwent and picked out the ring!
