We had a smooth and very lovely experience at this Brilliant Earth store. It began even before turning up I ordered some jewelry that wasn’t stocked at this location and through doing so also booked an appointment to try it on. With timings being limited I took the only slot available on that day I wanted to get in (as part of a perfect day out for my Wife’s birthday) - I requested the call to let me know Cv if the bracelets arrive earlier than our 6pm timeslot as I’d ideally go while in the area closer to midday. Came in mostly to explore and learn about diamonds and engagement rings. It can be a very intimidating thing to go into, especially when you don't know a whole lot. Kameron welcomed us at our appointment and made the experience so easy. It gave me and my partner a ton of clarity on what we wanted and good understanding of how to shop for diamonds and engagement rings. I had a wonderful experience at the Chicago showroom! Since Las Vegas doesn't have a showroom, I scheduled an appointment in Chicago while visiting home to select wedding bands for my fiancé and me. I was extremely impressed with the service and attentiveness provided by Thomas. He helped me find the perfect wedding bands and assisted in shipping my engagement ring to ensure the sizing was just right. I got married in 2024. I have had to get my ring repaired 3 times. I don’t even wear it to work, to sleep or in the shower. With the repairs they have had to completely redo my ring twice. So I don’t have the ring I was proposed to with and now I will not have the ring I was married with. I have had an awful experience with brilliant earth and I would not recommend getting a wedding or engagement band from here. 3 times in 2 years is insane. This piece should last me a lifetime.
