Dr. Shiva is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about her patients. She takes time to understand each problem and treats it with great precision and patience. While other dentists told me my tooth had no hope and needed extraction, she saved it! I’m so thankful for her skill and genuine care. I highly recommend Dr. Shiva and her amazing team!
I had several sessions with Dr. Shiva at Brilliant Dentistry, and she is truly the best! She’s professional, gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. The whole team is friendly and makes every visit comfortable.
My Worst Experience with Dr. Shiva and Her Team: In conclusion: all my fillings need to be redone. I’m experiencing pain, uneven and bumpy teeth, and I can’t eat or even drink water comfortably. I do not recommend this clinic at all. I regret going there and am extremely disappointed with the outcome. 1. Patient time and convenience mean absolutely nothing to Dr. Shiva. 2. Ask for Dr. Sina - he's really exceptional. He personally did my dental cleaning, as well as some filling replacements and treated me with the utmost care. He speaks in a very calm manner, and has excellent bedside manner - he frequently checks if you're feeling any discomfort, and will explain all procedures thoroughly. Can't recommend this guy enough! 5/5
