I had a great experience at this dental office! Mary did an amazing job with my cleaning — it was extremely thorough, gentle, and surprisingly comfortable. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward. The pretty girl at front desk were also very warm and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Yeh is very patient and responsible. I would not recommend this dental office at all. The dentist seemed more focused on making money than actually helping patients. They quickly suggested getting a crown, which felt unnecessary and pushed. The “deep cleaning” was also very rushed — it took less than 10 minutes with some numbing, and that was it. In other clinics, deep cleaning usually takes multiple visits and is done much more thoroughly. What bothered me the most was the attitude. 真的不推荐这家“明星牙科”。整个体验非常糟糕。 首先，医生明显有过度治疗的倾向，一上来就建议做牙冠，让人感觉更多是为了赚钱，而不是从患者角度考虑。所谓的“深层洗牙”也很敷衍，整个过程不到10分钟，简单打个麻药就结束了，和我之前在其他牙科需要分两次认真清洁完全不一样。 更让人不舒服的是这里的服务态度。工作人员和医生的语气都很差，对患者明显缺乏尊重，甚至给人一种看不起使用医保患者的感觉，好像默认大家都是没钱才来的，体验非常不好。 整体来说，这是一家让人不放心也不舒服的诊所，不会再来。

New dentist at the basement office is very heavy handed. It was the most painful dental experience I ever had. The scraping and flossing was really rough and felt like someone stabbing me in the gums. My brother went after me and complain about the pain. If ur kids say it hurts pls believe them. 地下室的那女的新牙医下手很重，洗牙超级痛苦😖 我弟跟着我后面做的也很痛。小孩子发声家长有时候不信还觉得你夸张。作为一个大学生，想为他们发声。 家长们： 如果小孩又哭又觉得痛，一定要信他们。
