Be careful with these cleaners. They charged me for 2 cleaners on a small apartment and they claimed hours they weren't there for (I was home at those times). The cleaning service was spotty but generally good, still I would be careful. I can see that they also reply to all the one star reviews trying to point in back on the customer. I can tell you my experience was honest. Instead of dealing with my dispute when I brought it up with them, they refused to hear it and sent my bill to collections. I really appreciate Brilliant Services as ladies very polite and thorough.
My house needed a deep clean and the team that came in did such a gorgeous job! She right away knew exactly what I was asking for and exceeded our expectations. It’s always in the details…. And the little extras don’t go unnoticed like the fan folded towels in the bathrooms to the pillows on the bed. But most of all SO CLEAN!!! Thank you so much for such detailed work, so appreciated!
