I was exactly same like some customers experience,three days ago I went this area for car wash. I put $1 coin in then start to running,then time was finished, I put $1 coin in, the vacuum machine is not work,then I think probably stuck in there, I put another coin in,still… I wast $2,but the owner doesn’t give me any response… I used to come over every month,but this time really makes me so disappointed.

Vacuum eftpos has been removed, change machine does not function and product vending machine (cleaning products, air freshener etc) are all closed down and taped up. Seems like it’s on the way out.

They somehow make it very difficult to take my money. EFTPOS option removed from vacuums and change machine for coins almost always out of order. Today it was turned on but still wasn't actually working. Features on the self serve washers consistently broken as well

Vacuum cleaners don’t work. Drive-through car wash doesn’t give you what you pay for. My car is coming out still dirty and wet. Even on the most expensive setting. Contact number doesn’t work -business owner does not respond

I put coins to wash to try to wash car, however the coin get stuck in the machine and doesn't return the money. I lost $4 to the evil machine. I know it's not much money. It more that it annoying. I ended up needing to use my card however there is an extra 20 cents per transaction which is 20% of the cost.
