Adrianna is an absolute ASSET. I was having a rough time enjoying dress shopping. Her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and sense of humor MADE MY DAY.
Karina was a massive help! She asked questions to make sure she knew what I wanted, and she brought together all the elements I liked in the beautiful dress that I ended up choosing. Working with Karina took all the stress out of wedding dress shopping, and it was actually a fun experience. Would highly recommend!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the start of booking my appointment to the very end everyone was so welcoming and kind. Not to mention the one-of-a-kind Marissa! I had such a wonderful experience at Brilliant Bridal! From the moment I found a dress I loved, KARINA went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and confident with my decision. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She let me try on my favorite dress multiple times, offered to show me how it would look with a veil, and continued bringing me other options so I could be absolutely sure.
