We recently bought a home and wanted to be proactive about potential water and drainage issues near our finished basement. We noticed that rain water tended to pool right by the basement backdoor, so we had Brilliant Basement out to make suggestions about how to address our water concerns. They installed a channel drain right outside our basement door to connect with a dry well in the low spot of our property, and also tied in one of the downspouts to the drain. Had a great experience. Crew came out and did a fantastic job fixing a number of problems that I had at my house. They were professional and thorough, and took care of me when new stuff popped up. The pricing was fair if not somewhat generous. Pete and Justin and their crew definitely took care of me. Just had a big rain day and for the first time since I moved in, my basement is dry. It's a huge relief, I'm very grateful for all the hard work.
Jake and his crew did a fine job with a nice clean looking sub pump install. Jake followed up about a week later and did some fine tuning on the gravel & French drain channel. I would recommend him for any aspect of waterproofing.
