I believe it’s a good product. My teeth look better, but not as good as they could. When I went back to get reevaluated, the technician stated that all my teeth aligned on the inside of my mouth, but yet the one tooth I really wanted fixed still sticks out in the front.
I've had so many issues with my teeth straightening plan. They've had to redo and resend my trays 3 times now, and there are more problems that need to be fixed yet again. I've had duplicated and missing trays, ill fitting trays, my most recent box suspension started covering my wisdom teeth, which I was told were not supposed to be covered, and now I can't close my jaw because of the extra plastic over them, etc. Too many issues for the price, and customer service hardly picks up my calls or returns my emails.
I've just completed my 24 weeks of aligners, and I couldn't be happier! The process was straightforward without any complications. And most importantly, my teeth are beautiful! Thank you Mod-Mouth!
I've had a great experience with mod-mouth. The entire staff, from the doctors to anyone i talked to on the phone or in the office, were exceptionally nice and personable. Dr. Davidowitz assured me that my teeth would be ready for my wedding and he was right. It felt good to be able to unabashedly smile for my wedding pics. Thanks to the modmouth team!
