Didn’t even get to try this place out because the website doesn’t list what time classes are and for 2 straight days no one answered the phone. May be closed or wrong number listed? Genuinely couldn’t figure out how to attend.
I have been receiving exceptional instruction for a year plus by Charlene Causey. I take Barre for the muscle toning, strength, flexibility and stretching. It has helped my balance tremendously, as it was very challenged when I started her class. Her routines help stimulate my memory, a real need for me at 65 years.
