My husband bought me bracelet worth 1k , lifetime warranty a piece fell off 2 days after I received it, husband took it back to get it fixed over 2 months ago, still have not got it back they said they mailed it and I should receive it on Tuesday it's Saturday we called he said his system was down and couldn't look it up, called back the next day he can't provide tracking on it keep telling us to call back , still no answers no refund no exchange no bracelet. I never make reviews. But I should have listened to them when I seen them before we made a purchase. My wife bought me a wedding band here, he claimed he will ship out all the information on it. The appraisal papers and all that good stuff. It’s been over a month of me constantly calling and texting the manager there named JIMMY, no answer, no response, no update. Do not buy diamonds from this store. They sold me a lab-created diamond while claiming it was natural, and I never received the diamond certificate they promised. I followed up weekly, and each time they told me it was on the way—but it never arrived. They refused to refund me and only offered to exchange it for a lower-quality stone. I eventually gave up after a year. Be careful and shop elsewhere.
My husband spend 3k for 2 necklace he buy 2 Items from here and I tried to sell my Jewelery and They Tested it then told me they scam us. Selling fake gold is absolute ilegal on this state . Dont buy from them is Mexico Gold Not Italy 6 or 8k they just tell me 🤬
