I cannot recommend Brilliance in Branding enough! They were incredibly helpful in getting shirts, hoodies, and backpacks out to my team at Google. From start to finish, the communication was top-notch. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They even helped me lay out my logos to ensure everything looked perfect before production. To top it all off, the items arrived quickly and look amazing. I will absolutely be ordering from them again soon!
I called. Left message. Went to their location. They were closed. Sign on door said by appointment only. That was six weeks ago! Still have not receiver a return call! N The Zone ended up with my business.
It has been my first time working with a branding company, and Duane at BIB has been nothing shy of excellent! Great care and communication as well as speedy service. I look forward to working with BIB for years to come.
Great service!!
