Bait and switch! Enough said!
Shady business practices. They charge residents for services (rides to medical appointments) that are included in their contract. Non-responsive to needed repairs. Communication from management is dismal. There is one decent cook, the rest are terrible. Find a different place; you and your loved ones deserve better.
