I can see why they have so many negative reviews - avoid at all costs!!! We have had to use them 3 times as mandated by our realestate, however they do a very poor job then charge more to come back. They DEMAND payment upfront the morning of the clean and change the price, if you don’t pay it they won’t turn up. Dodgy scammy and Marlene has a major attitude problem. Avoid avoid avoid .
