Tommy was very personable and courteous. He was great with our big dog and our 1 year old son (both wanted to help him). He was thorough and it's obvious he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
Checked our water softener took a couple samples and never heard back how our water was. In that visit said we needed new pressure tank. No show 3 times, first time apologized that he got stuck at another job no problem. Next two times just no show and we had to reach out to him. All he had to do was communicate to us he was busy or sick or whatever. Frustrating as my husband waited all day for him to show both times.
