Very rude!!! I would keep my house lit by candlelight before I’d let them get a dime from me!
I was very pleased with the service provided today! Kris our technician was so accommodating with his time. He allowed me some extra time to get back home to make our service call window, which is completely out of the norm (most will leave understandably) and we would have had to reschedule. We did not because this company cares about people and it showed in how they handled me not being on time. That says a lot, as things happen and sometimes we run late and it is out of our control. I’d highly NOT recommend this company. Their staff is extremely unreliable and rude. My 1yr Warranty work was scheduled by them multiple times for them to No Show several times and/or come without the correct part, or try to convince me to let them install a smaller part (light fixture) than what was previously in the house. Last appointment, the rep scheduled me for a Saturday appointment during my summer vacation.
