I had my water softener professionally serviced, and the piping issue was resolved. Tim, a very experienced and friendly technician, worked efficiently and provided helpful advice. He also left the job spotless. The back office was also very helpful in scheduling the appointment. Thank you, Brilia!

John has managed to correct my contractor's mistake, preventing ordering a wrong part or unnecessary replacement the tankless unit with a different brand, as "the best option," suggested by my contractor. The existing unit was 2 year old the top performing model, installed by the same contractor. I questioned the contractor's advice, who said now, that this was the most often failing system. My water heater rental is with Vista services and when my water heater went completely dead on Thursday late evening, Vista routed my service call to Brilia. I called Brilia Friday around noon time and John was extremely professional and kind, listened to my situation and also gave me a very clear guideline on expectations (e.g probably a new tank won't be available until next morning).
