We had an incredible experience with Brilia Heating and Cooling. From the very first call, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked us through everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured or upsold. DEFINITELY recommend!!

First, I would like to say the phone service was friendly and prompt. 5 stars. However, the service technicians who came to do the work were the most unprofessional people i have ever witnessed. I don't want to see them step foot into our home again. If they make right on this, I will update my review. And now my update: Maurice came to repair the fiasco left by the other 3 clowns.
