I was sold on Brileys customer service and craftsmanship years ago with the contributions from Pete. I had a dilemma in South Texas with my Browning O/U 410 on a bobwhite quail hunt at my ranch. I shipped my K80 barrel with tubes for warranty repair and to make a long story short, my gun was there for a long time and my patience was wearing thin. I finally got in touch with Rosie over there and he was helpful and then Steve Powers and he took a bad situation and really came through. Sometimes things go south and I just had to find the right guy to listen to my issues and he was the guy. (And Rosie) thanks for turning the ship around.

Great product and customer service! I ordered incorrect chokes but i contacted customer service and they helped me get the correct ones. They also made the exchange process very simple.

Useless. Sent the wrong item, and didn't respond to email. Ordered a similar product from Midwest Gun works for half the price and it actually works.

Very helpful with questions on shotguns. Impressive showroom with great assortment of both affordable and unaffordable firearms. Employees seem very eager to help and are very knowledgeable. Really like this place a lot.
