This is our second refinance with Brik Loans and Adrian. We literally refinanced less than 1 year after our last refi (with Adrian) because the rates dropped due to COVID and Adrian reached out to me and let me know that now would be a good time to refinance. I dropped my rate an entire .65, from 3.25 to 2.5! The underwriters were backed up due to COVID and everyone refinancing but Adrian was able to extend my lock at the same rate and make sure it got done in time.
