This is our second refinance with Brik Loans and Adrian. We literally refinanced less than 1 year after our last refi (with Adrian) because the rates dropped due to COVID and Adrian reached out to me and let me know that now would be a good time to refinance. I dropped my rate an entire .65, from 3.25 to 2.5!
