I have been using Dr. Wolf Small as my pcp for many years. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job with my care. The office is efficient and friendly.
Bon Secours Healthcare System needs to do better. I’m not a fan of dialing my local doctors office and rerouted to a call center in another country to schedule an appointment. Nor am I happy with receiving automated reminder calls of upcoming appointments (of which you cannot respond to if it goes to voicemail), received four in a span of three days (two of them after verbally confirming the appointment ).
