Been coming to Brigette since i was a kid i’m grown now. I have never had a bad service until today. I went for a small knotless boho bob. I brung my own hair i bought because i knew she didn’t have the color i wanted. At first the price was $260 even with my own hair. Then when i get in the chair the price changes to $290. Mind you i’ve been coming for a very long time to Brigette and have never paid before my service. Always after! Wonderful place! Brigette worked me in on a last minute job! Called on Friday eve and was in for my appointment at 4-9! She did a beautiful job on micro braids and considering I have straight hair and a faux hawk style I wasn’t sure it was enough, Very polite and the shop is inside beauty supply so bought my hair there too! Definitely recommend this sister she is awesome!

Paid 350 +tip got home my head was itching and breaking out ..I tried to wait but 2days had to take them out..for that amount of money should come with human hair.. been getting braids for years 18 I’m 47 never have my hair broke out… was new to Springfield and tried it disappointing

I was told to come when they opened for Senegalese twist. Once I called before I came I was told to come around 3-4 pm because nobody is there to do them. Next I was told I can come in for box braids or knotless now . No ! That’s not what we discussed. What is the difference from doing what I want? They always try to make me get something instead of what I want like there so lazy. Ugh . Chicago would never !!
