If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t know how this company stays in business. It all started when I leased my apartment. The leasing agent seemed completely disorganized and did the bare minimum to help. I genuinely felt like she didn’t even want me to rent the apartment. I would avoid any and all Brigil properties unless you enjoy landlords who employ illegal practices of intimidation, ignoring your maintenance needs, violating the RTA on regular basis or if you don't like being toxicly pushed out so they can put new tenants at higher rents. The staff and management deliberately break the laws to make you feel weak and small.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We stayed here for 8 years and it was an extremely stressful experience, especially as a family with kids. We were hesitant to rent the upper-floor loft unit because of noise concerns, but Ariane reassured us with promises about soundproofing that clearly did not exist.
