It’s a good place to live in until you need something from the management. I never understood the bad reviews until I dealt with them personally. I have been following up to get a refund on my last month deposit and no response!! They’ll either send you to voicemail or ask you to send a mail which will most likely go unanswered!! For the rent Brigil charges, the management and response time should be better! Lastly good luck if you have a reason to leave and require a lease transfer!

If you’re planning on moving to another apartment or house, DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT WITH BRIGIL! I received an opportunity to further my education in another country, meaning I would have to end my lease early. They told me it wasn’t possible and I could only find some new tenant to do a lease assignment. I advertised the place for TWO MONTHS, giving tours of it in person and everything. where do I even start with Brigil? this company is pushing me to my limit. I’ve been chasing these people for WEEKS to pay my last month’s rent and get my deposit sorted. Our experience so far has been very positive and seamless. Nadine has been a pleasure to work with and has made our transition to moving experience comfortable and enjoyable. She has been there for us every step of the way and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We are so grateful and excited for our new home!
