For years, I have been in love with this complex after touring it with my sister awhile back because of its beauty, cleanliness, and great location! Taylor & Tonya (leasing agents) lacked professionalism and preparedness. The apartment was not ready when I moved in. The floors were filthy, the carpet was dirty, and the blinds were broken. During my stay here I experienced frequent thefts (Amazon packages, etc), harassment from gang affiliated neighbors, and noise day & night. I had to call the cops about an individual brandishing a weapon, & eventually moved because I realized how dangerous concentrated groups of ignorance can be in a small town.
