Taylor & Tonya (leasing agents) lacked professionalism and preparedness. The apartment was not ready when I moved in. The floors were filthy, the carpet was dirty, and the blinds were broken. During my stay here I experienced frequent thefts (Amazon packages, etc), harassment from gang affiliated neighbors, and noise day & night. Best apt complex in the area. Management is awesome and they are on top of things. Had issues with Ac and they remained in constant communication and handled it promptly. Maintenance is always fast and available even for small things. The place is quiet and the people who live here are friendly and respectful. Always clean and the floor plans and price you just can't beat. Also it is close to almost everything. In short best Management and people all around.
I have been here for the past two years and this has been a great experience from the ladies in the office to the maintenance guys. We were always kept informed And the units are very well maintained they come in regularly to even change the air filters. I felt safe, even knowing that they were always regularly testing the sprinklers and fire alarms. The property is maintained beautifully.
