I had a great experience with this collision center from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the repairs was excellent. My truck looked even better (inside and out) than it did before I brought it in. A big thank you to Nicole and Joe for their hard work. Brightwood Collision in Tempe made a stressful situation so much more manageable after I was rear-ended on the freeway in my Tesla. Dealing with the other driver’s insurance was incredibly frustrating. They pushed back hard on properly repairing my car and kept insisting on using aftermarket parts, which would have left the vehicle out of Tesla compliance and not truly restored to its pre-accident condition. Fast and honest. Was quoted $385 for repairs to damaged engine shield. When I paid, it was $278 because they found that not every part in the original estimate needed to be replaced. Appreciate the integrity.
