Brought my car here to get repaired and instead I was robbed for my parts , Upon picking up my car, I noticed my cigarette lighter ashtray was cracked and had ashes , I am not a smoker , I believe an employee with the same car took my perfect non broken parts and swapped out The dead giveaway was there was no bolts as soon as I go and try to charge my phone. I had such a positive experience with Brightwood Collision. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They made what could have been a stressful process completely painless. They did a great job and they got everything fixed in about a week which was way faster than I expected. My husband and I recently had some work done on our Teslas. We were so impressed with the stellar service and the quality of workmanship. I bought a Tesla that had a lot of water spots etched into the paint, they worked on it and removed all the water spots and now my car looks like brand new. Ray and Joe took Great care of us. We highly recommend them and the only shop we will ever go to. Highly Highly recommend them!!
I side swiped a dog when I went back onto the Navajo reservation (the dog is okay, they're like roaches out there😂). But, it basically took off a small portion of my driver side front bumper and the tire cover. I took it to Brightwood Collision Center and they fixed it like new! They did work on it previously as well and installed new headlights on my 2016 Cadillac SRX as well. Fixed my vehicle after an accident. Helped me with the rental car and were very communicative during the repair process. Did a great job with the repair, and got it done in half the time I was expecting. They went above and beyond what most shops would. If I get hit again, I’ll be back here.
