I had originally wrote a good review due to Nicole and Joe's professionalism. But as the day has gone on After bringing to their attention that my window has more cracks and debris on it than when I brought it in their answer was that it came like that. Okay it didnt but its not worth a fight over but So now explain to me why out of 4 doors only one locks now and my key fob is broken. On May 27, 2026, we had our first accident with our Tesla Model Y. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Anna, Nicole, Joe, and the entire team at Brightwood Collision Center! Anna is an absolute gem at the front desk — always friendly, kind, and welcoming. She truly brightens your day when you walk in. Nicole was also amazing. She came outside to look at my car, was incredibly knowledgeable, and even tried herself to see if she could get the marks out. I had my bumper which was torn up on the bottom replaced. I have been to other repair places with my kids’ cars and there is no comparison. Brightwood Collision was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kept my husband updated with the progress and had it ready on the day it was promised. The car looked better than when I brought it. The replacement bumper was flawless and my car was shining from top to bottom. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!!
