I can't say enough kind words about Brightwood. My previous body shop experiences have been pretty shady, Brightwood is the complete opposite. The repair looks great. They turned a bad thing into a good experience. I thought the car was clean when I gave it to them, they gave it back cleaner and ahead of schedule. If your Tesla got hurt this is the best place for it.

Joe and his team at Brightwood are great to work with. I had an incident with a forklift last year with my Model Y and they took care of everything. Even today, I was having some electrical issues with my car, and they said, "bring it in". They certainly take pride in everything they do. I highly recommend Brightwood for all body shop repair work. 6 stars
Received GREAT customer service from Ray and everyone there. They were able to get my Jeep Wrangler's door handle fixed within a few hours of dropping it off. Will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend to anyone.
This shop is amazing! They are very fast in responding, estimating and completing my Tesla model 3 whole repair process, much faster than the Tesla collision center. We are very pleased with their customer service, the repair results were excellent, like new! Would highly recommend to anyone.
