My husband and I have refinanced now twice with Todd and his team. Obviously, the first time went very well, or of course we would not have used them again. Todd and his team were absolutely amazing!! My wife and I were buying our first home, so we had a lot of questions. Not only did Todd and his team take their time explaining everything, but he made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the process. Additionally, he was able to clear our loan for closing in just 13 days and even came in-person to the closing! Frankly at first I was hesitant to use a smaller brokerage firm because I was used to using only large banks such as Chase. But, it was a superb decision for my wife and I to use Brightwire Loans and especially Todd Harrington as our broker. We have had two great house purchase experiences with Todd. He helped us purchase our first home five years ago, and he recently helped us purchase our second home. Brightwire was amazing from start to finish. They were very upftont from the beginning, finding many deficiencies in my previous lenders work. When I introduced different elements to the VA loan I wanted to used, they were very knowledgable or made sure to find out the right information for me.
